Preamble

ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๒๕๕ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติพิจารณาเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่อำเภอแม่ละมาด และอำเภอ แม่สอด จังหวัดตาก เหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสหกรณ์เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและ ประกอบอาชีพเป็นหลักแหล่งในที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้

ให้จัดตั้งนิคมสหกรณ์ ในท้องที่อำเภอแม่ละมาด และอำเภอแม่สอด จังหวัด ตากในที่ดินของรัฐรวมสามแปลง มีแนวเขตที่ดินตามแผนที่ท้ายประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้ ทั้งนี้ นอกจากที่มีเครื่องหมายยกเว้นไว้

ให้ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้มีผลใช้บังคับเช่นเดียวกับพระราชกฤษฎีกา ที่ออกตามความในมาตรา ๗แห่งพระราชบัญญัติจัดที่ดินเพื่อการครองชีพ พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑

ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์รักษาการตามประกาศของ คณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้

ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราช กิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป ประกาศณวันที่ ๑๗พฤศจิกายนพุทธศักราช ๒๕๑๕ จอมพลถ. กิตติขจร หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติ ๑ ราชกิจจานุเบกษาเล่ม ๘๙/ตอนที่๑๗๗/ฉบับพิเศษหน้า ๑/๒๓พฤศจิกายน๒๕๑๕
