Preamble

ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๓๕๒ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติพิจารณาเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่ อำเภอวาริชภูมิ และอำเภอ พรรณานิคม จังหวัดสกลนคร เหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสร้างตนเองเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้ง เคหสถานและประกอบอาชีพเป็นหลักแหล่งในที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้

ให้จัดตั้งนิคมสร้างตนเองในท้องที่อำเภอวาริชภูมิ และอำเภอพรรณานิคม จังหวัดสกลนคร ภายในแนวเขตที่ดินตามแผนที่ท้ายประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้ เฉพาะในส่วน ที่ดินที่เป็นของรัฐ

ให้ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้มีผลใช้บังคับเช่นเดียวกับพระราชกฤษฎีกา ที่ออกตามความในมาตรา ๗แห่งพระราชบัญญัติจัดที่ดินเพื่อการครองชีพ พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑

ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทยรักษาการตามประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับนี้

ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราช กิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป ประกาศณวันที่ ๑๓ธันวาคมพุทธศักราช ๒๕๑๕ จอมพลถ. กิตติขจร หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติ ๑ ราชกิจจานุเบกษาเล่ม ๘๙/ตอนที่๑๙๐/ฉบับพิเศษหน้า ๒๖๓/๑๓ธันวาคม๒๕๑๕
