Preamble

ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติ ฉบับที่ ๑๕๒ โดยที่คณะปฏิวัติเห็นว่า ที่ดินของรัฐในท้องที่อำเภอกบินทร์บุรีและอำเภอสระแก้ว จังหวัดปราจีนบุรี เหมาะสมที่จะจัดตั้งเป็นนิคมสหกรณ์เพื่อให้ประชาชนได้มีที่ตั้งเคหสถานและ ประกอบอาชีพเป็นหลักแหล่งในที่ดินนั้น หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติจึงมีคำสั่ง ดังต่อไปนี้

    ให้จัดตั้งนิคมสหกรณ์ ในท้องที่อำเภอกบินทร์บุรี และอำเภอสระแก้ว จังหวัด ปราจีนบุรี ภายในแนวเขตที่ดินตามแผนที่ท้ายประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้ เฉพาะในส่วนที่ดินที่ เป็นของรัฐ

    ให้ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้มีผลใช้บังคับเช่นเดียวกับพระราชกฤษฎีกา ที่ออกตามความในมาตรา ๗แห่งพระราชบัญญัติจัดที่ดินเพื่อการครองชีพ พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๑

    ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพัฒนาการแห่งชาติรักษาการตามประกาศของ คณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้

    ประกาศของคณะปฏิวัติฉบับนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราช กิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป ประกาศณวันที่ ๒๔พฤษภาคมพุทธศักราช ๒๕๑๕ จอมพลถ. กิตติขจร หัวหน้าคณะปฏิวัติ ๑ ราชกิจจานุเบกษาเล่ม ๘๙/ตอนที่๘๒/ฉบับพิเศษหน้า ๑๒/๒๖พฤษภาคม๒๕๑๕
