เพื่อประโยชน์ในการจัดสรรเงินงบประมาณแผ่นดินให้แก่สำนักงาน ตามมาตรา ๔๔
(๓) ให้สำนักงานเสนองบประมาณรายจ่ายของปีงบประมาณที่ขอความสนับสนุนต่อ คณะรัฐมนตรี เพื่อจัดสรรเงินอุดหนุนทั่วไปของสำนักงานไว้ในร่างพระราชบัญญัติงบประมาณรายจ่าย ประจำปีหรือร่างพระราชบัญญัติงบประมาณรายจ่ายเพิ่มเติม แล้วแต่กรณี
