เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการแจ้งตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ ผู้อนุญาตจะแจ้งแก่ผู้ขอรับ ใบอนุญาตและผู้รับใบอนุญาตโดยวิธีการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ไปพร้อมกับหนังสือแจ้งด้วยก็ได้
