ผู้รับใบอนุญาตซึ่งประสงค์จะขอต่ออายุใบอนุญาต ให้ยื่นคำขอต่อผู้อนุญาตภายใน หกสิบวันก่อนใบอนุญาตสิ้นอายุ พร้อมด้วยข้อมูล เอกสาร หรือหลักฐานอื่นตามที่กำหนดในแบบคำขอ ต่ออายุใบอนุญาต และชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการต่ออายุพร้อมกับการยื่นคำขอ ให้นำความในข้อ ๓ ข้อ ๔ และข้อ ๕ มาใช้บังคับแก่การพิจารณาคำขอต่ออายุใบอนุญาต และการอนุญาตให้ต่ออายุใบอนุญาตด้วยโดยอนุโลม
