เมื่อผู้อนุญาตออกใบอนุญาตแล้ว ให้ผู้อนุญาตแจ้งการออกใบอนุญาตพร้อมสำเนา ใบอนุญาตจัดส่งไปยังอธิบดีกรมการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือกเพื่อรวบรวมจัดเก็บ ในสารบบหรือเก็บไว้ในรูปข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และรายงานการออกใบอนุญาตต่อคณะกรรมการ อย่างน้อยปีละหนึ่งครั้ง
