เพื่อประโยชน์ในการดำเนินงานจ้างออกแบบหรือควบคุมงานก่อสร้างตามมาตรา ๘๐ มาตรา ๘๑ มาตรา ๘๒ และมาตรา ๘๓ รัฐมนตรีอาจออกระเบียบเพื่อกำหนดรายละเอียดอื่นของ งานจ้างออกแบบหรือควบคุมงานก่อสร้างเพิ่มเติมได้ตามความจำเป็นเพื่อประโยชน์ในการดำเนินการ
