ในการพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ให้บริการงานจ้างออกแบบหรือควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง ให้หน่วยงานของรัฐพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ให้บริการที่มีแนวคิดของงานจ้างที่ได้คะแนนด้านคุณภาพมากที่สุด อัตราค่าจ้างผู้ให้บริการงานจ้างออกแบบหรือควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง ให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนด ในกฎกระทรวง
