ผู้ให้บริการงานจ้างออกแบบหรือควบคุมงานก่อสร้างที่เป็นคู่สัญญากับหน่วยงาน ของรัฐต้องไม่มีส่วนได้เสียกับผู้ประกอบการงานก่อสร้างในงานนั้น ทั้งนี้ ตามระเบียบที่รัฐมนตรีกำหนด เล่ม ๑๓๔ ตอนที่ ๒๔ ก
