ในการดำเนินงานจ้างออกแบบหรือควบคุมงานก่อสร้างแต่ละครั้ง ให้ผู้มีอำนาจ แต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานจ้างออกแบบหรือควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง เพื่อรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงาน จ้างออกแบบหรือควบคุมงานก่อสร้างนั้น องค์ประกอบ องค์ประชุม และหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบ ที่รัฐมนตรีกำหนด ค่าตอบแทนคณะกรรมการตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามที่กระทรวงการคลังกำหนด
