ผู้รับอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๓๖ ผู้ใดนำเข้าหรือส่งออกในแต่ละครั้งซึ่งยาเสพติด ให้โทษหรือวัตถุออกฤทธิ์ โดยไม่ได้รับใบอนุญาตเฉพาะคราวในแต่ละครั้งที่นำเข้าหรือส่งออก ต้องระวางโทษปรับครั้งละไม่เกินห้าพันบาท
