ผู้ควบคุมยานพาหนะผู้ใดไม่จัดให้มีการป้องกันตามสมควร เพื่อมิให้ยาเสพติด ให้โทษหรือวัตถุออกฤทธิ์สูญหายหรือมีการนำเอาไปใช้โดยมิชอบตามมาตรา ๓๓
(๒) ต้องระวางโทษปรับ ไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท
