พึงทราบวินิจฉัยในทุติยเคลัญญสูตรที่ ๘ ดังต่อไปนี้.
เมื่อพระองค์ตรัสว่า อิมเมว ผสฺสํ ปฏิจฺจ ดังนี้ พระองค์ตรัสโดยอัธยาศัยสำหรับผู้รู้ทั้งหลาย. แต่ว่าโดยความหมายนั้นไม่มีเหตุอันต่างๆ กัน. ที่แท้ กายเท่านั้น ตรัสว่า ผัสสะ ในที่นี้.
