พึงทราบวินิจฉัยในอาวาสิกสูตรที่ ๑ แห่งวรรคที่ ๔ ดังต่อไปนี้ :-
บทว่า น อากปฺปสมฺปนฺโน ได้แก่ เป็นผู้ไม่ถึงพร้อมด้วยกิริยาของสมณะ.
บทว่า อภาวนิโย โหติ ได้แก่ เป็นผู้ไม่ควรยกย่อง.
